Caroline Edwards, Vet Assistant

Caroline Edwards has been a horse lover since she was 2. She grew up riding and showing Arabian horses all over the country. Caroline graduated with an Animal Science Degree from Oregon State University in 2022. Caroline has been a great assistant in the field and in the office with Dr. Benson. She will be attending Midwestern University Veterinary School in Fall 2024, tracking equine! In her free time she enjoys concerts, hanging out with her feline friend Boots, and of course riding!

Ashlee Krahne, Vet Assistant

Ashlee was born and raised in Sonoma County. She is currently attending the Santa Rosa Junior College to become a registered veterinary technician. Ashlee has been riding horses since she was four years old and it continues to be her passion. She started out in the medical field but soon realized that she would rather be working with animals. Ashlee is also the mother to a one year old daughter. When not keeping Dr. Benson on track in the office and in the field, or wrangling her critters, she likes to spend her time biking and spending time with her family.

Alyssa Arevalos, Vet Assistant

Alyssa Arevalos has been in the equine field for a few years. She is currently on the pre-vet track at Santa Rosa Junior college. Alyssa was involved in her high schools FFA program and has had a love for all creatures great and small. In 2020 she started working with horses at a local lesson barn, and fell in love with the equine world. You can see her out in the field with Dr. Benson and the Premier Equine Team while not studying hard in school! In her free time, she likes to ride her leased horse Fancy, and walk her dog Harley.
