In house laboratory testing includes: serum amyloid a, lactate analysis, wellness ready, chemistry analyzer, and IgG for foals.

Digital radiography allows for stall-side imaging and diagnosis. Our digital x-ray unit is top of the line and our machines are capable of producing quality images from the foot to the neck and back. Radiographs can be uploaded and viewed by clients, care providers, and other veterinarians. Digital radiography is essential in equine care, and Premier Equine has the tools for accurate and timeley diagnosis and treatment.

Ultrasound provides a real-time view of soft tissue structures in the body. Serial imaging of an injured tendon or ligament is utilized during rehabilitation processes to design an appropriate schedule. Ultrasound can be utlized for various procedures as well, such as pregnancy checking to lancing abscesses.
