Show and Travel Care

Health Certificates and Coggins

A health certificate and current Coggins (EIA blood test) is required at each state. The health certificates are issued to each horse by a certified and accredited veterinarian, and states that the horse is free of infectious disease at the time of examination. Health certificates and current negative coggins should be requested at least 1 week for domestic travel or 3 weeks for international travel. See link below to get started on the required forms prior to your appointment.
